With 21+ years of experience across people leadership, organizational transformation, technology-enabled change, and culture evolution, Rupinder brings a strategic blend of clarity, empathy, and human-centered vision to every environment she supports. She is known for simplifying complexity, bridging people with technology, and guiding teams through ambiguity with calm, intention, and purpose. Rupinder has led cross-functional transformation across data, operations, culture, and leadership development—always grounding her approach in psychological safety, trust, and measurable impact. She brings to Relentless Progress a perspective shaped by decades of navigating real-world challenges, helping people and teams find meaning, momentum, and sustainable growth.

Gurpreet Pannu — Author & Creative Contributor, Relentless Agile

With 18+ years of experience across world-renowned visual effects studios—including MPC, Lucasfilm, and Disney—Gurpreet brings a deep connection to creativity, storytelling, and artistic craftsmanship. His career spans global creative productions where imagination, discipline, and attention to detail are essential to bringing stories to life. Over the years, he has contributed to visually rich narratives that reflect the power of creativity, patience, and creative expression. Within Relentless Agile, Gurpreet’s role is solely focused on authorship and creative contribution. He is currently developing original children’s books that encourage imagination, curiosity, and creative thinking through storytelling. These works are in progress and reflect his passion for creative expression and narrative-driven learning.
